VIA DELL'AMORE
The Via dell’Amore is a pedestrian street overlooking the sea which, with a route of just over a kilometre, connects the villages of Riomaggiore and Manarola, in the Cinque Terre.

🗓️ Access to the Via dell’Amore is by reservation only.
Visiting hours:
📌HIGH SEASON:
from April 1st to October 31st:
8.30am – 9.30pm (last entry at 9.00pm)
📌LOW SEASON:
from November 1st to March 31st:
9.30am – 5.00pm (last entry at 4.30pm)
⏱️Visitors must book a time slot: slots are every fifteen minutes from the hour. Maximum 100 people for each slot.
🎟️Visitors must purchase the Cinque Terre Card with the supplement for access to the “Via dell’Amore”:

⚠️ During the high season, the Via dell’Amore is one-way for visitors: entry from Riomaggiore and exit from Manarola.
Only those with exclusive access (residents or tourists staying in facilities in Riomaggiore or Manarola) can enter and exit both Riomaggiore and Manarola.
🏃The walk lasts about 20 minutes: 30 minutes is the maximum time allowed on the Via dell’Amore during visiting hours.
ARE YOU A TOURIST AND STAYING IN RIOMAGGIORE?
These are the steps you need to take to get the benefits reserved for you:
1️⃣ Request the “Tourist Card” with the QRcode from your host where you are staying.
2️⃣ Purchase the “Cinque Terre Card” with the supplement for access to the Via dell’Amore (for at least one day during your stay, it doesn’t matter which day as long as it is one day during your stay).
When you purchase the Cinque Terre Card with the supplement for access to the Via dell’Amore you must select the discounted rate for tourists staying in Riomaggiore: €2 discount.
You still have to select a time slot, but you can choose a time slot at random because you will be able to access the Via dell’Amore at any time between 7:00 and 1:00 during the duration of your stay.
3️⃣ Bring your identity document and all passes (Cinque Terre Card + Tourist Card) with you
for entry checks.
4️⃣ You have unlimited access: you can enter from Manarola and exit at Riomaggiore or vice versa and you have no time limit.

Via Beccara high trail from Riomaggiore to Manarola
to Manarola. From Riomaggiore you have to walk 45 minutes up the hill, admire the landscape and then descend in 30 minutes on a steep path to Manarola.
High path from Manarola to Corniglia
The direct path from Manarola to Corniglia along the sea is closed. You can leave from Manarola by train and take the path to Volastra (1.5h), then from Volastra you take a path that is initially flat and then descends to Corniglia (2h).

The path from Portovenere to Riomaggiore is today one of the most beautiful excursions that can be made in Liguria.

Riomaggiore
Sit on the rocks of the village marina.
Manarola
Its colorful village is all perched along the promontory and at sunset it lights up with warm shades, from yellow to orange that change in shade as the sun gives way to the lights of the evening. Once you arrive at the marina, take the road to the right which leads to a splendid viewpoint.
Corniglia
Enchanting terrace, at the end of the village, where you can sip a good Ligurian wine while waiting for the sun to disappear behind the promontory. There is a crazy view!
